Damia was founded in Portugal in 2017, deriving from Damia Group UK – an international tech recruitment organisation with over 30 years in the business.
Led by two experienced tech & recruitment founders on a mission to transform the IT Recruitment experiences in Portugal, and bringing true tech specialisation to the market.
