OLX was on a fast-track to build cross functional teams, aligned with the best business practices in order to deliver a world class experience to various OLX Group brands, such as OLX EU; Autovit.ro; StandVirtual and Otomoto.
Most of all, OLX had the incredible challenge of scaling the Tech Teams in Portugal during the next couple of years, which required an increased response from HR and enormous recruitment efforts.
